i sold mine as i hated it and evrything it brought with it :)
oh and gearbox and clutch were on the way out oh and the big dent at the bottom of the door and the leather was wearing off the seat again oh and i needed something that was cheaper to run as i was doing 500 ish miles every weekend
yup it does (nothing is ever easy or cheap lol ) i picked mine up in newyork at xmas and i still havent used it infact i bought 2 but one was faulty someone had almost cut through 1 of the wires
you dont want your xbox through scart tho unless you dont want to use it to play hd games and films ???
tho one i think you should buy has the 3 component cables and an optical jack for 5.1 sound
an upscaling dvd player doesnt have to upscale you tell it too by default it ouputs in progressive scan
oh and upscaled pictures can look stunning but its all down to the media been used old films will still look crap new stuff will look better as its usually better transfers with higher bitrate
thats funny the 360 cant upscale ;)
oh and that 40" lcd sounds alright but that means f**k all its mainly all down to the electronics not the actual panel as to what the picture looks like. trouble is you wont get to to see what its like till you get it home
no it wont have true surround sound but ntl is s**t like that
so yep dvd to tv use hdmi
dvd to amp use optical or copper
or component from dvd to amp and optical or copper for sound then connect the amp via component to the tv also conect xbox to amp via component
guy yes i know its more but it may be worth spending a bit more not alot more tho

im taling the formed metal stuff not circular -\__/- like that sink it ino the wall and you have quite alot of space hollow walls are easier as you can just drop the cables down
yes you could do but it looks ugly imho best way chase the wall and put conduit in the wall and then you can pull new wires through it much easier as and when you need them using a pull line
