Ive got one bud^ do you know what thread size m10 x 1.5?its not 1.25 by the looks of it.... im planning to try and russle a 80/90mm m10 out the garage tomorrow(well try and find one) hopefully got one. and see it its long enough as the thread is 100% there. quite weird to be honest.

the bolt that was in there, wasnt onto any thread(holding) it wont turn into anything like theres no thread there or the bolt isnt long enough.... its not cross threaded though.

there all the same size(ive been told) but one doesnt turn into the thread.(thread is fine as can see it)

as above the three bolts that hold the mount to the cam cover area(3 bigger ones) are they all the same or one smaller/bigger?

hmmmm i used to run gaz gold coilovers with a 250lb spring 8 inch, modified lower arm.(ax) and they where awesome! they wont seize if you remeber to grease your threads up. (ive been in a car on AST,Bilstein coilovers,leda id like to say this was on a track car and never used on the road lol

spray alot of wd40(duck-oil,plusgas) around the arm might need to do multiple times big grips and slowly wiggly it. it may come lose after a while and you will be lucky. (its not supposed to move alot anyway)

for £100? decat? remove air ducting(standard) and put a cold air feed to it(place in better area eg foglight,grill. will notice a slight gain. Or you could ebay a second hand induction and stick that on. Get a V6 airbox? (if can find cheap enough) remove weight...

id do it, its not that big of a job every 12 months lol its a restriction, seeing as you've got cams, you might have a better increase. All my cammed cars have had decats.
