4WD would be a major project and would involve chopping and welding the bulk head not to mention sourcing a gear bo and transmission. Would add a load of weight to, just easier to buy a scooby if you want 4wd.

The upper (phelum) ph1 and ph2 inlet mani are different. You need a ph1 upper inlet mani and thinking about it you might even need the lower part, someone on here will tell you.

I think they just mean the engine is capable of 240bhp with a high spec. You would need way more than some poxy cams and a map to hit 240 bhp lol.

Im sure the drive shaft is held in by three small bolts. Did you just yank it out or something? You should never have to force a drive shaft out.

No clios have air flow meters. Clean and inspect ICV and renew if needed.

Talk to Bayliss, think he is runing a willy setup, meggy bottom end, with head work and wild cams. With that setup up he's quicker than a mildly tuned 1*2.

I wouldn't call this a poor performance, 130 bhp is still ok. Sounds like it just needs a proper live mapping session. Im sure paul could sort you out with a custom map as aposed to going down the expensive standalone route. Why dont you try source a Willy head as well? Buy a head and refurb...
