Welcome mate. Due to cambelt been cheaper on Cup, I'd 110% take it to a specialist. Once you purchase parts, you realise specialists charge about £10 labour on the Cup. ( obviously exagerrated, but you get the idea)

Just get an Aqua Sheild bonnet for K&N Russ. Living on the crest of a seized engine for the win!
