    I have been told that 4 awg is enough. Above, yes thats the type of switch I was thinking so why can I not just use this instead of an inline fuse?

    Could I use a battery isolator switch (fia approved) as a circuit breaker for when I move my battery to the boot. I will be using 4awg and the switch is rated at 100A Continuous and 500A for 5 Seconds.
