I got some of these agesss ago.. my car is of the road as most ppl know for the last 4 months.. and its had the cherry one in there all the time.. it still smells so strong of the stuff.. im suprised they last so long!!

or instead of the sliding mech.. where it says original pedal fixing just put a sorta hinge on it.. so it will turn when you put down the pedal..

oh i see.. so the pedal itself stays in the safe place.. but like the footrest it has one of them on it instead..i gotcha
