There's not a massive amount of V6 255 owners on here mate.
There is another forum specific for them which might help you decide as well.
I haven't driven either myself, out of my price range :( But I'm sure there will be plenty of people along soon to help.
If I had an Evo, it would be very...
Yer that's right.
Either car is good, it just depends what you want. I think this is why Renault did the 182 with Cup packs, to kind of give the best of both worlds.
To me a Standard Cup stands out far more than a Standard 172, due to the colour, alloys, slightly wider track, and spoiler...
By no means is it as quick as my Cup. My mate had one for a weekend and we had some fun with each other.
He is a much better driver than me so that really does help.
As for 0-60 etc that's all drag stuff, I was talking more in gear 50 upwards sort of speeds, yes I was ahead, but not by...
Probably similar to Clio @ 220.
The ST is a very nice car, I wouldn't swap it for my Cup but it looks great, handles well, isn't really much slower.
Nicer interior than the Cup by far, still not fantastic though.
I don't think it's possible, because of the way the seats are mounted to the car.
If you find a way, please please share the info as I would love to get just a bit lower.
Gutted mate :(
Could have been far worse though so at least there's that.
How bad is it? You might be better waiting a month or two when the weather is much better and then get it sweet for the summer :)
At that price just snap it up!
Do a HPI check first though to make sure it's not been in an accident and repaired!
As mentioned the Cup is more to insure but that's becuase they're better (ut ow, haha).
The interior is pants, but the seats aren't too bad just don't look pretty, if only they...
At least he admitted it!
Could have been a lot worse.
I had some spray work down on mine when my bro bumped my Cup. The guy mixed the paint about 5 times before he was completely happy with it but it didn't cost me anymore or anything, and you really wouldn't notice it had been sprayed.
Yer, Speedline Turini's.
They are a different offset I believe but will still fit, but I think people will recommend getting the Cup offset and getting them painted.
Sure someone will confirm, fred probably :)
