About 2-3 times a month for me - it's always pretty clean tbh, but it's normally the wheels that need done first. Have to admit it's not been washed for about 3weeks now - but it'll be treated to an extra special clean this weekend. ;)

iTrips are ok but don't compare to a hard-wired connection.

Buy the cheap ones (of the same length) and slide the rubber blade off - fit it to your Renault one. Sorted for a few quid.

If you mean the front bumper - you'll need to swap the wings etc. If you mean the rear bumper - its a straight swap (inlcuding arch liners).

Nero 7 works best for me. Can export to mp4 for ipods or w810i. Think you need the premium edition with nero recode.
