    and those emmision laws only apply to cars when new :) its liek an sva test you have to make a car safe for that for it to pass but after that you can do what you want with it

    they cant make it illegal to decat just make it law you have to have a cat fitted at all times but i doubt they would do this as most of the cars in the uk remain catted up anyway
