I am looking into 106 GTi's to replace my 182, the 182 for me has more grip and hence feels more sure footed.
Intel based you can stick Windows on it if you hate it. PDF's are fine open in Preview or you can just get Acrobat.
You would need to get the Mac version of office. I like Safari, but if not just get Firefox.
Also worth looking at esure - where a damn site cheaper than anywhere else this year when I was shopping around. Have not actually used them just as a price match.

Nothing you really need to do unless it it being layed up for a long time. As long as it is a dry and free indoor environment. I have a CTEK trickle charger for the Clio and apart from that it stands for 4-6 weeks maybe more at times.
Only real worry is maybe flat...
