There's no "best" out of the Ph2s IMO. You could pick up a dog of a 182, or a MINT 172 for that. They basically are as fast as each other .. there's slight geometry differences, but essentially unless your name is M.Schumacher, you're never going to notice the difference around Brands Hatch...
