Canon actually charge you £1 every time you use AUTO mode after the first week. It's more if you're abroad too IIRC. Go back and try again ;) Also, post some examples and we'll be able to point and laugh at your mistakes much easier than guessing what went wrong. :D

Best product to put into a snow foam lance ? That'll be snow foam. Why didn't you get some when you bought the lance from I4D/CYC ? Have you got it set up correctly ?! What are you using and how are you using it...

Simplicity. The amount of things it does for you without you realising, or does but does it 100 times easier than Windows. Searching for instance, CMD+space .. type what you want .. within a second or two, it's showing you all your documents, internet history, MP3s, photos, a definition...
