Re: Veyron boat test goes wrong The fool left the engine running! Must be a write off, Was under the impression they were every easy to write off cos the are worth 1 million (ish) but cost like 5 million (ish) to build. Hence new parts then rebuild = very expensive... so very easy to write...

The 6 sec to 60 seems a bit nuts!! Shaving almost a second off what renault say? Reading the review i kinda feel like he drove it for 2 mins, scared himself, got out, sat down with a cuppa and then copy and pasted from the launch pack he was given by renault. Edited it a bit then done!!

I would say that is the problem, i think if you search there are a couple of threads that are similar to this. My understanding is that cos the engine has excessive movement due to the worn mounts, it is moving the exhaust system more than it should, causing the seperation. A new mount...

I can do it, but its not very easy unless i am hard on the brakes! got size 10's. I was considering bending or adjusting the pedals somehow but have decided against it for now.
