Just rung them today, and the guy coudnt do anything about it over the phone, and just reccomended me to not re-new and take out the new quote online. So thats what i am going to do.

I'm with tesco too. Wouldnt it be a better idea if they checked the re-newal prices over current quotes to save all this hassle? lol

As mentioned in another thread. I had my renewal in on my car insurance it is: £1236.90 which is £700 cheaper than last year. I have just done a new quote online and it has come in at £1054.20. Exacly the same details as shown on my renewal. Have i got a leg to stand on on if i call them...
