It won't look right. The end of the spoiler is flat and square cornered as there's a recess in the end plates so just plugging the holes isn't going to make it look good.

Apply staringht to the doors wherever you can reach. I swapped the speakers on a twingo not long ago and a 4" square of sound deadening on the door skin made a huge difference.
