    well when the bonnet is closed you cant really hear it.. just when you increase the revs you can hear them just.. and i mean just!!

    Hey all, My tappets are noisy when the car is warmed up. You cant hear it when in the car but you can when you got the bonnet open Any way to make them quiet down a bit?

    thanks for all the replies :) I just noticed it yesteday when i was getting the revs right to pull away on a hill. at was fine when i was moving just when i was stationary :) but it seems its nromal :P
