if the amp is coming on then your remote wire is fine...does the amp produce sound through normal speakers? other than that, just check every connection.

i have kumos on mine, they are alright? maybe its just having the bigger wheels..but i find my car much better for handling and grip now i have them.

tbh i have 60 and i never once had a problem with speed bumps you only really get in trouble when you have big muckle front bumpers or rear bumpers for that matter. drop it 60...i had mine 40 and was well disappointed with it

i think the DTM mirrors are well cool, however you would have to re-position the temp sensor and if they aint that good for visibility..ill leave em:)

common rob you lazy fawker..go look in your manual im sure the full beam bulb is H1 and the dipped is H7...but it tells you in your manual:) but check just incase..cause i aint positive!

yeah but tom mind how expensive sub/amp/wiring kits are...also fitting if you are inexperienced! some people just want to improve the standard stereo to an acceptable level...also some have bread knives that need the boot:) i do agree sub/amp sounds far better:)

when i claimed on the free insurance...they said only mods that actually change the car...ie lowering or wheels need ot be claimed things like new rear lights, side repeaters, bulbs and colour coding are ok as for declaring lowering..increased excess by 100 and cost me 20quid in admin fees.

that really isnt helpful? i dont see the need for petty wee comments like that? 6x9s are not as bad as you lot go on about! the reason they are so unpopular is people combine them with subs....a big no go! however on their own, they are decent enough speakers. they will give you adequate...

a new head unit will improve the sound quality of your stereo. I would strongly recommend it. if your not getting a sub, then go for 6x9s...a nice set gives adequate bass and then maybe get an amp for some nice front components. However if you want a really nice sound, get components up...

alright if you have the money for petrol...sadly life as a student means my car is very rarely out of the "red" zone:)
