The case has be re-opened by the insurance company, who are now looking back into the case since moose was so fairly and squarely paid out...
I will keep you all informed...
Yes as long as it had the same spec equiptment wise as the 172 for instance...
There does seem to be a general lack in equiptment (toys) within small car diesel ranges that makes them look like and feel utility vehicles

I heard the back end is really skittish on the 182, not driven myself, so I cant really comment...
BUT 172s Ive driven with upgraded suspension always handled far better than with the standard suspention...
