They are way to bright. Read the driving in the dark thread, hdi's are like having someone driving towards you with full beams on, and as I know it stuns drivers that are oncoming, as is does to me. It's like your driving with full beams on with these lights

I was told they were by a couple different garages.. And the insurance company, when I rang my insurance to declare my exhaust he said - is it a cherry bomb? I said no. He said that's lucky because they are illegal That's the only reason I said it is illegal :)

Your actually being serious aren't you? :/ Yes they are illegal, most insurance company's wont accept them either and they are awful. Wait and get a half decent exhaust if you really want it louder. Edit: how old are you too?

I get it with any 4x4 an vans. It's seriously like they've got full beams on. Lights up the whole car like its daytime! It's awful, I've spoken to my dad about it as he drives a van, and he said he had them set so there not too high

Agree with mcaff.. The second link is a skoda splitter. £12.34 from my local garage Prob no help as its a crap pic an a non sport. But it's a fine splitter for £12!

The night glasses just annoyed me because it made everything yellow (lol) I think it did dull the lights slightly. But not enough difference to make myself look like a kno0b lol.

Saw one too.. It wasn't even recessed into the bumper it looked like it was falling off. And edit to my above comment- as long as you have a 1*2 rear bumper

I have the ktec stealth super sports. It makes a noise.. But it's not loud enough lol. Your call on what you want though, you brought the 182 style.., so you obviously wanted that look.. I'd say wait. And cause I want to see/hear it :D

I put bright white lights on mine today an just went out for a small drive just now. It's better cause I can actually see where I'm going compared to the standard bulbs.

I know it's awful. I usually have mine down slightly just because I know how it effects my vision. I do like to consider other people lol. I do try and avoid driving in the dark but it can't be helped sometimes I guess
