i swear on my life a couple twists with mole grips to loosen the leather...then cut that away with a knife. then get a really tight grip on the plastic part and then a few more pulls and that bad boy will be right off!

i have an alpine type r 12" being run of a rockford fosgate 500x amp. its getting 1x210w rms. the bass is high quality without shaking the car to death.

what sort of power is it? ive heard a few good things about them, id still class them as a budget amp. but i couldnt say how good they will sound, sorry:(

well i cut mine to fit tight. so it dosent move one bit, quite a tricky job likes

yeah sure mate get 6x9s and components..you will have a nice stereo however you cannot beat a good set of "amped" comps and a sub...trust me..ive went the cheap way and then upgraded... dont get 6x9s, ive just sold them..they were good without the sub....but omg subs are like...good!

well tbh your mates sub must be weak. 6x9s running of the head unit is never gonna give the low sounds produced by a sub. 6x9s do certainly give a nice beat, but its a budget system!
