For the Home Hub, you have to create all the relevant ports in the config page, give it a name like Xbox 360 and then assign that profile to the device (the Xbox) which is connected to the Home Hub, I think its associated to the MAC address for the Xbox. This link should help...

Yeah you just need to open the correct ports for XBL in the BT Home Hub (which I presume you have) so that you dont get a strict/moderate NAT. I will see if I can find a decent link that should show you how to do it.

A real response from a mere mortal like me ;) Yeah it's spot on for the price and it's matched all my devices perfectly. Like I say, it's great not having 4 remotes on the sofa and I think the way it controls the devices between the different activities is pretty cool!

Well it does the job for what I need and plenty of others on YT, AV forums etc so it can't be as bad as your trying to make it out. I think it's great and certainly beats having 4 remotes out on the side of the sofa all the times!

Yes, it should do but right clicking on the device in the menu gives you the option to complete a manual back up.
