I've said it before and I'll say it again, renaultsport have had some amazing colours over the years. That looks as good as it would in bright sunshine but also totally different. My old ultra blue megane was similarly chameleon with no apparent metallic or pearl. Amazing colours.

I thought the ebay ones were OK as long as you used your oe renault cap on it?

😂 If you're moving you may as well make it worth the hassle. I did machine the calipers down for 280 discs and then made custom brackets so they'd fit 300mm ones. and then sold all the 280 brackets I made🤦‍♂️. Cup turinis are the best wheels for a clio anyway. FACT!

😂😂 I'm considering swapping back to standard brakes on mine but my brembo setup is for 300mm discs. You're already balls deep with the new engine so may as well start planning the next mods.

Brakes do look good and it'll be intresting to hear if you think the improvement (or lack of) was worth it. Mine feel great with the standard 182 MC, or at least they did until I drove a clio 200 and the dead spot at the top of my pedal was highlighted. It's not a killer for the conversion...

Excellent. It will 100% be the car you want it to be after Alex has finished with it. In a year or so when you think of selling just remember how silly it was selling the Monaco and keep this tucked away in the garage instead!

What's good for cleaning a filthy interior?

No they were at my last workplace. I've got some 12" ones I took as severamce from Barnbow in the 90s. Now using them at work and they have a tiny red sticker to show they are calibrated which has caused me much pain😂.
