We had good weather again thankfully, only Sunday morning was a bit rainy but that soon blew past. Meeting a tractor on a single track b road was a good brake test! And the Rolls Royce roadblock blighting the reservoir roads.

About a dozen Ariel atoms and a nomad cruising around Betws-y-Coed yesterday and a few of those Carver tilting car things.

Spotted 8 or so VW corrado's today somewhere in Wales. There's only 50 odd road registered according to how many left.

Parked outside a house on some random road god knows where in Wales. I'd have one if I lived there too 😂.

Those calipers look mint👍. I think once this is driving I'm going to replace it with my old nail and you can start all over again while wondering wtf you've been doing and if it was all a dream or not 😂😂.

I expect the interior trim will have been fitted from top to bottom, look for the overlaps and work your way from there. As for the connector I don't know, you'll have to follow the wire to find it. Why do you want to remove the base anyway?

Just a nut on the inside. Remove all trim until you can drop the headlining to get to it.

I was surprised how clean it stayed sat on the drive for a week! Just brought it for 2 front tyres fitting and their jack won't go under it😂. I bet it scrubs like a t**t with new tyres on.

Thanks, it looks OK from a distance but is definatly in need of some cosmetic enhancing. As long as it remains reliable I can live with the looks though. Belts are due next year so a decision wil have to be made about its long term future.

Gave the car a shakedown today with @Yorkshire Pudding @Louis @dann2707 @Sj1782 @Steve out for a rare Yorkshire meet. My car survived, nothing fell off or caught fire which is a win after I've been spannering on it😂. The only issue was that barely legal PS3's don't offer much grip! @dann2707...
