apparently the kit with them metal things in is around £34 plus vat! did your pads rattle at all? i think my mysterious rattling noise could be due to this u no?!

im not going to go on but heyyyyyy something else went wrong! just went to put new rear discs on and i found im missing a metal thing to hold rear pads in as shown in pic and the spar type thing snapped when i was tightening the hub nut thing up. i had it set to 175nm so never over tightened...

ppl say 5w 40 oil fully synthetic but if u ask renault they say 10w 40 is fine part synthetic.not sure on part number mate, id get it froma motor factors anyway, just get a fram one?

tell u what, i drove an astra diesel thing at work about a month ago, for 1 week and i wasnt assed about having a car that wasnt as fast/good looking!i could park it anywhere, cheap on fuel,better ride quality,no noise!it was nice to not have to worry about little niggly things!

u may as well buy an amp wiring kit! u get a power lead with fuse for the amp, an earth lead, a remote lead that connects to your blue cable on stereo and a set of phonos! in some kits u get speaker cable too for the sub! they usually £20 -30
