well the ppp (Prodrive performance pack) on a scoob wil not bring it down to 4.5 0-60 and as for an evo the running costs are almost twice as much a scoob and you will never see more than about 20mpg
my suggestion would be an r33 gtsm single turbo skyline :) you can get one for about 8k
