Im here, was ill last week though - dust inhalation from moving i think lol. Now i'm just knackered from Le Mans!!

They use an air filter, in a box, fed by some ducting. This sucks air in, clever stuff happens in the engine when the air mixes fuel & it creates fire, which gives power. A lot of the Gti6 boys used to fit K&N filters in the box, then feed them with bigger ducts, low down below the bumper...

+1. Hence why all the Gti6 boys stopped doing it with their K&N's ... Big puddle = hydrolock

Whilst i admire the engineering & skill that has gone into this, i personally dont see the point, mind you im not one for straight line glory. 340bhp in a fwd clio reknowned for its lithe handling prowess. No thanks. Power corrupts, etc. Well done for having the balls to do it though :D
