Well, oneplus tech support was great. Told me my Titaniumbackup was safe on the phone. Unfortuneatly it wasnt. All data lost, but least i had pictures backed up. Support was great, very good at doing the support, took 2 hours and phone is factory reset etc etc. See how it goes when it gets to 20...
