The GTX580 is a great all-rounder card. You can get away with a GTX590, i7 system running on a 750w PSU - so whacking a single 580 in there should be ok. D.

Maybe the time of year isn't helping with this - what with the cold weather, etc?! My Evo has a drain issue - approximately 0.2v per day when not used. The alternator seems healthy - the terminals on the battery showing 14.6v while the car is idling and still showing 14.6v after a decent run...

It can get all a bit silly though. Orange alloys aren't standard from the factory this side of a DS3 or GT3 RS. So you spray them yourself and that becomes a modification to the factory standard - in the strictest sense. It depends how anal the insurance company in question is. D.

Mines had it's 4th lot since I've had the car from new. After the first swapout, the gearchange was SO much better. Shocks me slightly that so few people consider having it done. Gears grind and wear! ;) D.
