Done some searching on here and found alot of threads on it. (apologies - should have done a search before making this thread) All the symptoms seem to point at the temp sensor or wiring needing replaced.
Phoned my local dealer today to ask if they had a better idea of the fault and they said...
tbh most of the people i see driving rs clios are usually middle aged. certainly not teenagers. non rs models however are a bit more common with 17-21 year olds
going to be having 2 sets of wheels mate so if i dont like them ill put the originals back on. i see where your coming from though. did the same with my wheels yesterday;)

For the centre caps. Buying a second set of 182 wheels which will be refurbed in MATT black. Cant make up my mind on leaving the diamond on the centre cap or having it done in LY. Thoughts please:)
lol ive really no got a clue about cars. ^^yea after a while it sort of settled at a quarter then moved up and down bout a mm like you said. so you think its a fault with a sensor??
Can someone help me here please. i was out in the car last night and usually when i turn the car on the gauge (one next to petrol gauge) takes around 5mins to work its way to EXACTLY in the middle once the car is warmed up. It did this last night , however as soon as it reached its usually point...
looks awesome imo. seen one driving in Glasgow city centre the other night. was a demo thing on down at the merchant city. looks far better in the metal
