Well they didnt cut me off at all in the 4months, I just came to use my service oneday and it didnt work. So rang techincal thinking there was a problem and after 10 or so minutes to a Indian guy I was put through to cs to discover my account had been suspeneded :S . I asked them do virgin media...

As I have said there are problems with all companies I have had running’s with Sky myself but I class the service that Virgin offer is the worst. I work in the customer focused business myself so I know what to accept and if I was to use the same style of service that I and many other people on...

lol yeah, i know i never was going to get the full 24mb from Be due to distance from the exchange, they told me I was only going to get 18mb, I was connected at 19mb and with a litte tweaking i now get 23mb :)

thank god i am not with virgin any more

depending on router brand and if you know how to use it you can see what devices are connected to it, but to be honest if people know about things like that then they should know how to secure it ;)
