I dont even have a pms shifter and mine was a complete nause to get set up right so it doesn’t crunch in to 5th.

It’s rotten and needs a f**k load of work. so you only really have two options; spend a few grand on it and make it in to a car or break it. I personally think it’s scrap.

Sorry, my bad. I didn’t see the previous owner bit. in that case your only option is to have it rebuilt. The builder and you don’t have any form of contract so it’s not his problem. Technically speaking.

If it’s been fully rebuilt and it’s doing that after less than a year, I’d be taking it back to whoever built it.

Don’t forget to remove the paint on the mating face for the seat of the wheel bolts.

Have you got the proper o ring fitted at the back of the inlet? If you slacken off all the Inlet bolts, can you rock the inlet any way at all? I’ve had what your experiencing and it was a leak. So I’d try and exhaust that Avenue first.

I’m very local to Avon Tuning and they’ve probably done 10 of my cars over the years. My current van was remapped by them about 8 months ago and no issues to report. Definitely worth ringing them. Gareth is EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
