Look good, only thing is the front lights on that Phase 3. Lights look not so good. Needs lowered alot however to pull them off.

Can you try DHCP first. Lets get over the static ip. If DHCP works, then we can fault find on the tcp/ip stacks and winsock. Next question, what is the OS of the machine?

Set the IP to DHCP. First and formost we need to find out if it connects via that. Is it XP, Vista, Mac etc the OS? I would delete the network from the previously remembered networks, then try join it again with the network key.
