Mines on 98K now, and on the original dephaser. Was a company car though, so serviced to the schedule at a minimum before I got it and since its had 6 monthly oil changes by me.

My van did this, garage changed the flywheel as it had collapsed apparently. Got a new clutch done at the same time.

Not very lol, see below. I agree, at least at trax there is all makes and models, better trade area's and more going on in general. FCS is pretty boring in comparison, only so many clio's/meganes/saxo's and 106's you can look at. Trax was poorly organised last year though, I blame silverstone...

Get the full aux kit done. Mine didn't have it done with the cambelt kit (before I got it) and in the space of a few months I had water pump, PAS pump and alternator go. Can't call that a coincidence surely?

Runs accessories like a/c, pas etc Ring birchdown and get it booked in for both kits! Best people near(ish) here imo.

Surely 35mm is a better size than 50mm, especially on a crop. If canon did a 35mm as cheap as the 50mm I'd rather have that.

I buy all my bits from http://www.widacomponents.co.uk/ as I can collect them, and I get a bit of discount too. But even their regular prices are good. And most stuff comes renault boxed. Plugs I got from GSF, managed to get trade discount there too :approve:

WHSmiths sell it now I think, its bi-monthly. Cheapest way to get it is to subscribe, its only £20 a year :)

Performance French Car magazine is the closest to a clio mag. They have a section in the traders area :)

They'll probably add the 18 month contract onto the end of yours. So if you have 2 months left then your contract would be 20 months! So not really a deal imo

Use the guide to tell the main differences ;) Bolt spacing is the only way of checking for the suspension pack for sure but if you have silver wheels I doubt very much you have cup suspension.

You squash the metal around the bush (the metal which sticks out both side of the mount) in on itself in a vice, then whack it and it just falls out. Takes about a minute.
