Lucky lucky. Damage could be gearbox problems occuring, however nothing major to worry about. Everyone has always selected a wrong gear at some point. Although going down to 2nd from 4th must have put some strain on the engine.

Engine mount there is the gearbox mount, looks fine to me. The picture is different as yours has another rubberised cover over the metal. Check that the main nut is tight and try tighten it a bit more to see if it is loose. Then tighten the other bolts back up and it should be fine.

The picture says Low1. So i could say you lowered it, looks like a carbon splitter.

That is fecking top quality. I laughed in work about that and got funny looks. Must say, the 'shut it ya big ride' and the 'ram it ya big ride' just done it for me. Very funny.
