If the two pull tabs are snapped at the ends (which is quite common) then use a hair dryer or a lower powered heat gun on the back of the phone, on the underside of the battery and then use a wedge tool to lift the battery. The strips are just double sided tape and it's all the battery is held...
If it was a coil pack causing misfire on cylinder 2, then yes, it would just need one.
Take it somewhere else. It’s not hard to diagnose a bad coil pack and as said by @TheEvilGiraffe, you don’t want to just be throwing parts at it until it works because there’s a big chance it will be...
It happens on every 197/200. Common issue.
You get used to it in the end.
If it bothers you, get it remapped or let your car warm up for a couple of minutes before leaving.
Have you tried to resync the keys? As above, I don’t have much knowledge with the MK4’s but if the 197 keys mess up slightly, I think you press the unlock button five times in a row?
To unlock? You shouldn’t need to press anything to unlock it? (If it’s like the 197 etc). You press the button on the door handle once to lock it when walking away.
