Theres little power to be had on "small" mods, they will how ever increase the driveability especially a Remap. If you want large power increase, 2.5K for ITBs, 4K for Turbos/Superchargers.

A RStuner is Cheaper, Unless you need a Live map because you have a decent set of mods.

It depends how good the one in your area is, its a francise company. So you may get a really good one or a terrible one. Its very hit/miss

Never seen a set of 16 inch 2118s. To pull of a set of 15s your car need to be low and have the track look. Turinis are nice though. ;)
