 Yeah but at least most of it is little jobs. Just remembered I need new number plates too, just need to decide if I want to put my personal reg on or not.
These bloody sea gulls need to bugger off! I was greeted this morning to a massive bird s**t on my rear window, so another wash was in order. And as usual I can't get away with leaving her car filthy, even if my quick wash did miss a rather large portion on one side:laughing:. While I was at it...
I genuinely think buying a 1*2 that needs belts doing at an appropriate price is the best way to go. Then you can be sure it's done by the right person an 100% be confident in the car. Sounds like you fixed some major issues, now you can enjoy it fully.
That's good news Tom. Also good to hear we have another renault specialist close by. Maybe you can post some details about him when you've been on Saturday?
I used to be on retro renault forum and that was originally the r19 owners club. It seems to be a thing owning 2 or more r19's. There are very few left in serviceable condition now. I've a couple of phase 1 wheels in my shed, just need to find 2 more tidy ones with caps and I'm sorted. I've had...
Pollen filter added to my service list for next month. Never thought to check mine before but I imagine it will be similar to yours. Headlight polish makes such a difference to the front end. Nice easy job with great results.
I liked them on mine, until one dropped and shattered when the window hit it. They don't stick out miles on the clio line they do on some cars and suit black cars best. Smurfy blue cars just can't carry it off.
Welcome to cs. The press were right on this occasion, the rs Clio's are great! I hope it was cheap with that kit on though.
I wonder how many 182s are on 53 plates, and how many of them were press cars?
I aint had mine out for a fun run since our last Yorkshire meet. I must find somewhere local that's photogenic to sprint to occasionally. Where were they taken Louis?
I think I'll look out for someone dropping off of a track slot nearer the day. Mines having all new fliuds next month with service and abs pump. It's getting near to needing new tyres and I'm 100% certain my brakes will not last a track session!
It could be that your wheels are too big and confusing the trip computer into giving a false mpg. How many miles did you do in a tank full? It might actually be doing 35 mpg! [emoji38]
It's amazing what tools you find buried in cars sometimes. I had the handbrake light permantly on once and it turned out the alarm fitter had left some nail clippers in there pressing the switch down!
According to @Dr Jekyll these are good hid bulbs...
