Should not be much in the 1*2 v a GTi 6, The GTi 6 is not great on standard suspension IMO, plus the early 6's have been out since 1997 so there is some tired ones out there.

A freind had just tried some of this on his wheels as a test, seesm to be holding up fairly well after two weeks use.

Im not slating it as I understand it is meant to be good,from what I have read up it does not have the same effects on black and red the paste does, hence I have never tried it. Comparable to P21s on metallics.

Oh yes if you dont want to rerinse and stick with the QD. Time wise for me I notice no difference as I dont dry the car till after Calying doing it the soap and water way. I wash the car, rinse, while the car is still wet, clay the panels, re rinse and dry. I bet Alan thinks I am just stingy...

Like I said before your loaded tho ;) I have litres of it but can not bring myself to waste it!

Indeed, the soap and water mix is a hell of a lot slicker than using QD, and you can bollox loads more on and get the panel soaking wet, you would not be able to do that unless you like using litres of QD!

LOL, first thing I did was lower it down to the lowest postion on the dealers forecourt - it has stayed like that ever since.

PM Brazo on here - he has a guy in Swindon that does smart repairs that is very good. Repaired my spare cup pack alloy for me with a perfect match and I am a fussy git!
