I only use the Z10 to be honest.
I use the 1Z to clean and condition http://www.cleanandshiny.co.uk/ProductDetails.asp?ProductID=9953 once every 3 months, and then that followed by the Z10 once every 6 months.

Takes lots of elbow grease and more like 5 -10 applications on each area!
Most people dont work it right either, needs to be worked back and forth until there is no product lift to wipe off.
Menzerna Intensive Polish and Final Polish Seem to do well for the prep, as do the Poorboys SSR Range. Followed up by a Alcohol/water mix you should be fine.
Brazo should have few Z pics.
Depends on the shape the rest of the panel is in.
If you work it in the area that needs attention, follow up on the whole of the panel with a milder polish you should not be able to see the difference, unless the rest of the panel has swirls and defects in it.
Buy some - try some you may like some!
Some times is poosible to buy samples.
I used Zymol Carbon Wax and Zymol Concours Glaze for about 18 months, until I found P21s.
Can't comment as I always use them over a sealant.
The Souveran alone is meant to be poor, worse than P21s.
I tend to alternate between layers of Nattys Blue and Souveran.
