I've got prolines with 16" standards and never had a problem.
I can't see how your tyres would rub on Prolines unless you're running the wrong size wheel/tyre combo.
What size tyres you using?
Have a word with G172 in the traders section, his prices are good.
I got Brembo HCs and Brembo pads from him, good setup for the road.

I've been wondering this since I first heard about the new rules.
No-one seems to know if an aftermarket steering wheel will pass,
not to mention bucket seats, as the standard seats in mine have curtain airbags.
I have no clue if it's worth buying an aftermarket steering wheel or seats.
That would push me over the edge tbh,

If it was my car i'd drop in a new engine,
but i've had mine 5 years and i'm quite attached to it.
You're going to spend £750 of your own money whatever you do,
probably cheaper to drop in a new engine rather than getting another car though.
