Yeah know you are mate not jumpin at you lol ! Mine ne way are H1 for my main Driving/Dipped and H7 are my Full Beams but i have the Xenon style headlamps unsure what the standard silver ones are Alan would be able to tell you as hes fitted hids to his !

Thats wrong well for my head lights ne way my Dipped are H1 and Full are H7s but it could depend on the Headlamps you have !
