How long did they let you have the wash bay for?? The last two times I've been to audi, I was hustled out after 20 minutes. Barely enough time to wash the f**king wheels!
I love that colour though. I'm not sure I'd have it, but As a Colour, it's beautiful!
I had to remove a sunroof that had been tiger sealed (or similar) in place and I ended up virtually writing the car off! Bent the roof to bits. Looked like crumpled paper when I'd finished! Lol
Yes. Especially when that member has asked for advice, advice has been given, and that member has ignored the advice and carried on asking questions that he wouldn't need to ask if he just followed the advice that was given to him ages ago!
You haven't worked hard enough!
That's a poor effort mate. You need to keep sanding until the finish is uniform over the entire light. The bits that are on your light now are bits that you haven't sanded properly.
Basically, you've done a s**t job.
Someone has used some strong cleaner on it. I know this because I did the same on a customers car.
I found that isopropyl Alcohol more or less sorted it out but the only 100% way to sort it is to replace it.
It was a good job it wasn't just you and chris out for a drive, you'd have driven off and left him there. We all know what you're like for waiting for other people...
Mad to think that we were struggling to get £8500 for mk1 V6's about 5 years ago. Now they're like rocking horse s**t and going up in value every 12 months!
If I don't know the history of a recently painted area, I always advise to leave it for 4 weeks before doing anything other than gentle washing.
My mate (Who we spoke about at LM) has a low bake oven and within 24 hours you can do pretty much whatever you want to the paint.
iirc, you used...
Too right!
If I had zero commitments, i'd be off. If you're good at your job, no matter what line of work you're in, you'll get work.
This country, despite it's very good benefits, is not somewhere i'd want to start a life.
If I knew then what I know now etc...
Getting it done via the ECU is fine. They all come on and go out again like they should. I get mine done like that, I'm not a fan of bodging things up with resistors.
