LOTS of white spirit on soft cloths will remove gloss paint and tar without damaging your car. Would not use T CUT too harsh.

Had my 172 for a week now, almost got rid of the "pimp my ride look", back to standard soon. ?? See from hand book there is a gearstick symbol on dash, how hard do you need to be trying revs wise to get this to work???

It`s nothing to worry about. Mines going in for some top of strut mods on thurs will report back asap. Told it`s common prob, also my center section of exhaust is being replaced.

I just paid £220 first servic inc pollen filter on 172.

Got car back seems good. Renault are going to replace center section exhaust (baffles rotten), do modification to top of strut mounts(knocking sound on pulling off sharpish), remove and replace suspension parts all under warranty.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got car back from 1st service, knocking is common prob something to do with top of strut modification needed, half a day to fix UNDER WARRANTY

Mines got a noise from passsenger side footwell area if i pull off sharpish, put it down to 17"s

Which should i buy????? Only do about 10k a year mainly b roads etc, lots of damp corners leaves etc

Oil, filter, air filter,check ecu for fault codes, check levels, check brakes etc. Not a lot for £220, £35 of which is oil!

Right it`s going to Renault Notts in the morning. £220 inc pollen filter (normally £40 extra) Seems mids area is expensive to have servicing done, no bottom line according to Renault UK. £220 seems a lot better than £250 + Pollen Filter
