they do a rear upper strut brace 9i have one dont think it really makes any difference but it does mean we dont use my car when going to do the tesco big shop anymore - result)
they do a rear lower arb (whiteline) do a fixed one and a 3 point adjustable one but i think i heard mixed reviews on...
the boot of my car is full of two suitcases, off to tunisia shame wont be able to catch up with you both.
make sure your bro takes some good pics , took look forward to seeing them on the car. enjoy fcs gents.
did they come with slicks on kev? stick em back on the rims and swop them over when you get there. sling em in the back of TDK. i bet naith has plenty of room.
sorry to hear this kev, gutted.
remember you talking about it when i had my service/aux belt done last year and the plans for it. i did remember thinking back to some of the horror stories but as you say its back now and will be back on the road and putting a grin back on your face soon...
btb gets my vote, it almost fitted itself and was perfectly lined up.
slotted in and sits in tailpipes perfect and sticks out just enough. best bit of kit ever had.
i have been using mobil 1 0w-40 because it is cheap at costco and even though its a bit thinner still hasnt been using any.
hold my hands up only check dipstick every month and rely on the dash digital level gauge weekly.
mine is done evry 6k or 6 months roughly and had to top it up once half way through a track day but even doing 3 or 3 track days between oil changes it is still fine.
what oil are you using? grade?
doesn't the oil vapour assist with keeping the throttle body lubricated etc? besides how much oil vapour/hot air do we think would actually come from the breather.
seen a few run between 179-185 on rs tuning rollers std cars, seen some run at other places and get nearly 200bhp
same story as rest of rs range though i think most dont make book figures
Jay - i was there mate and saw you. I do wuite a few track days round oulton in my 182 but I was there with my dad. i bought him one of the 4x4 expereinces so we were there for that. i saw you going round in the clio i recognised the jumper.
i heard the single seaters going out and was...
my bhp was +10bhp at tdi over rs tuning that was within a week of each other. similar story with the torque, you cant use one rr figure and to compare against another, im just glad kevs car is now sorted.
sounds a bit of a weird choice but i have been looking into another track car so the 182 can go into retirement, have a look at ford puma prices.
1.7 litre 16v engine, great gear change and decent chassis, strip it and uprate brakes. there are quite a few on autotrader below £1k for the money...
im glad its sorted kev, im really surprised it is down to an change of air box making such a huge diff that it could cause engine damage. at the end of the day its the same size tb and the other flow restricitions are still in place but if paul didnt show up any other faults or issues then as...
i love my v+ we bought the box a while ago for £100 so we dont pay anything extra per month, we have the xl with sky sports when i got my new big tele i got a hdmi cable as well but couldnt get it to work. i will look at it when decorate later this year. im pleased with it and i have sky+ at...
easiest way round it will be to get someone to drive your car to the test centre who is covered on their policy to drive any other vehicle. this means the person driving is insured to drive it because if it is going to/from an mot appointment your ok.
can your mum/dad do that for you? as long...
