I see your point but for all the cruise type clubs there are an equal number of Enthusiast clubs in attendance. I think a fair few people going to the show would take offence at be branded a chav.
P.C is short for Porter cable which is the company that makes them

Hopefully in having cars like this on show will help the FCS to been seen in another light, rather than being "labelled" in the way you have done in your post.
When using Scratch X as Kenny suggested use a folded terry towel, to give the polish more bite, and allow you to get even pressure cross the panel. Work it till the is little or no product to remove that way you will know that its done its job.
I would use either the NXT or the EX-p and then the P21s.
Using both is a wasted step NXT and EX-p is a doing the same thing.
If you want a glaze and sealant route.
Clearkote Vannilla Moose Hand Glaze, Poorboys Ex-p Sealant and top with P21s. That was my chosen cmbo on my light blue...
If your going to use EX-p use it before the P21s
Get both the Quikshine and the Spray and Wipe and then you will be prpeared for most situations, light or heavier dust.
For the base I would be tempted to use Autoglym Super Resin and OCW, then top with p21s
To sort the chips you will need to use some paint as polishing alone will not sort it, same with deep scratches that go through the base coat and laquer.
As Kenny says a whole car by hand is time consuming and hard work, I would attack the defect areas first locally.
Where are you based maybe...
Nice one - wondered if 9 would be enough to warrant a GB on!

Any comparison examples with and without a 1.4x in use? Some people say they effect qulaity lots, some say hardly noticeable?
Using my 70-200 4L and 1.4x Canon extender, my pictures will still be better than with my cheap Sigma 70-300 which is soft over 200mm anyway though?
Cheers
