I've read a few pages where it says spigot rings prevent wheel wobble above 60mph? Although the bolts are locating the wheels to the hub apparently the spigot rings ensure a fully central fit? Don't shoot the messenger though. Only what I read on a few sites when I was looking for spigot rings

172's and 182's are pretty much the same performance wise. None of them make book figure anyway. I'd get a mint 172 if I was you with your budget.

And there's me who went to collect 5 pro race 1.2's thinking they were 15" for this exact reason, cheaper tyres. I got there and realised they were 16" and bought them anyway lol What's the extra outlay for an extra inch in tyre size? Roughly 20 quid per tyre?

I can't remember the spec of it too much :( I know he's had a new map on recently along with switchable high/low boost and anti lag. Cobra exhaust system? Not sure which coilovers are on it. It shifts though, I've driven it loads now. But never driven another impreza to compare it to :(
