I owned a company called Colshe. As a company, we had had nearly 7 years no claims with this particular insurer. Myself, my wife, my partner and his wife all had 7 years no claims. But the insurance was under 'Colshe Motor Company ltd'.
I have just shut colshe and gone and got another trade...
Buy it back (£200?)
Get your £1300 insurance payout.
Borrow a ratchet strap and pull it out yourself against a big van/lamppost
Drive car as is.
When you can be bothered, Spend £300 getting it repaired to an acceptable standard; You've done the hard work by pulling it out.
Keep £1000...
DK Cars and bikes in fishponds. There are other refurb places around but none as good as dave.
(Balaclava road trading estate, just off lodge causeway)

Holy f**k.
You can't re lacquer that mate! lol. The door needs painting. And so does the bumper.
I'd say £250 ish for the both jobs.
If it was me, i'd polish/touch in the rear bumper and get a nautical blue door off ebay for £25 and fit it yourself.
Serviced the old girl at the weekend!
I'm becoming quote attached to it. It's amazing on fuel for a start and so comfy to drive!
Did oil, oil filter, air filter and a fuel filter. New set of plates and swapped wheels front to back. Bish bash bosh.
(This air filter was changed 10,000 miles ago...
