    Aye take the air box out, there are two matrix pipes in a plastic bracket that unclips and gives you a little more room as well!

    Just take the rust off of it and no more mate, it just needs agitated as opposed to sanded right back. Do you know where it's located btw?

    I had symptoms similar to you, I took the TDC sensor off and sanded the pin (at the end of the plastic) and its been fine since. i'd say try that before spending any money on it, new TDC sensors are around £24.

    I got my arse absolutley handed to me a few years ago by a silver Corsa-C with some turbo unit under the bonnet. The cheek of the c**t? He had a "Cheeky Monkey Onboard" sticker in the window LOL.
