5mm foot rest bolted to a 10mm bit to hold it in place ;-)

it would take about 10 mins to switch the design round for a LHD, so its not a problem

right some ally ordered so will get one of each made and see how they turn out

sadly not, some nob has left an ebay case open against me, despite royal mails web site saying item delivered. so I can buy the ally, once I get the ally I can make one of each just to check everything is ok. I was going to go with 5mm thick ally, everyone happy with this? not to thick not to...

fair enough, a good cnc operator will charge £40 an hour for machining, these footrest probably take around 2-3 hours :(
