Well my first year was with quinn, didn't charge anything when i passed but this was arranged when we took out the insurance. Change of car to the clio didnt cost a thing, friendly staff but got a stupidly cheap quote from more than so moved to them.
Surely its the other way around?
Anyway, i was concerned about the clutch, so i got it changed (cost £60 in parts, free labour from my uncle) and its exactly the same and the old one wasnt too bad when it came out. Plus it was a PITA to change, subframe has to come off which can be hard work on...
Dads an insurance manager, asked him and he says its a load of crap and refuse to pay.
What company is it?
Also i agree with the insuring in you own name from day 1, wish i had done it as i would have 2 years ncd now and would be in a 172.
Yer got a filter on for protection mainly, thought it may have something to do with it due to having a glare shadow sort of thing.
Will try with it off and a hood next time.
Cheers, didn't know what to google for it really.
Hoods seem a popular solution, ive got them but wasn't using them but not sure if they would help in this case?

Thanks

There are no leaks, its all bone dry under the bonnet and on my drive, my oil level hasn't gone up, dont have any mayonnaise, no...
Depends what you want from a car, the dci is slow but cheap to tax and amazing fuel economy, whereas the 1.2 is faster (still slow :P).
Personally i'd be looking at the higher powered dci's which have cheap tax, similar insurance but a bit more power. Shame the 100's seem to be rare atm or i'd...
I'm wanting to lower my car about 40mm. Looking at these:

Will they be ok for my 1.2 dynamique, do i need to change anything else like shock absorbers, do you get 4 in a pack?
Thanks
